             BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Called to Order by Glenn Ullmann at 

                          5:41 p.m.

       At Ullmann home,  60 Watch Hill Ln

Roll Call—-Present:

                   Absent:

                        Jamie Moran

Previous Minutes were unanimously    

        approved as corrected.  

 Finance Committee Report

        Bette Crowder, Treasurer

        Current Monies:

                     Checking.   $ 27,251.91

                      Reserves.  $ 31,858.70

        Assessments:

                      Ullmann—Based on 2100 Sq. Ft.

@ $2 per foot(new recommended fee)—they have chosen to pay an impact fee of $4200 for their previous home renovation. 

Goverance Committee Report

          John Murphy, Chairman

       Covenants & ByLaws updating 

John discussed the updated bylaws and covenants which will be discussed in detail at Annual meeting on July 8th. It was emphasized that gaining input from all residents and answering concerns is the goal.

Infrastructure Committee Report

           Alex Ingols, Chairman

        Bette made a motion to repair gravel roads as soon as possible—in front of Cox home and lower level road—where washed out. All in favor, motion passed. 

        Glenn moved that the next meeting be Aug.8th at 5:30 at place to be announced.  All in favor, motion passed. 

        Glenn motioned for the meeting to be adjourned, and as all were in favor, it was so done at 8:01 p.m.
